Pablo, Pablo Gold, or Pablo Exclusive: Know the Difference Before You Order
Pablo is one brand with three separate lines, and the names don't make the differences obvious. People order "Pablo" expecting the 17mg and get the 24mg, and that 7mg gap is very noticeable.
Stock note, October 2026: the Gold line and Red are sold out, each with a notify-me form, and X Ice Cold isn't listed. What's in stock today is Ice Cold at 24 mg and the Exclusive line at 30, so until Gold is back, the first-can advice below means Ice Cold wherever it says Gold. Our Pablo buying guide covers what to order right now.
Pablo, the standard line: 24mg
This is the original line. It comes in only three flavors, Ice Cold, X-Ice Cold and Red, because this line is mostly about the nicotine. At 24mg per pouch it's stronger than traditional full-strength snus. This is the can that gave Pablo its "for advanced users" reputation, and the Danish company that makes it isn't exaggerating.
Pablo Gold: 17mg
Gold is the step-down line, and it's the smart buy for a lot of people. You get the same Pablo character in five flavors (Frosted Mint, Frosted Ice, White Mint, Grape Ice and Dark Cherry), at a strength that overlaps with White Fox Black Edition and VELO's Max tier. If regular Pablo sounds like too much, it is for most people, and Gold is the same brand at a strength more people can handle.
Pablo Exclusive: 30mg
This is the strongest line we carry, and confusingly it's also the most playful. There are twenty-plus flavors, fifteen of them in stock today, including Cherry Cola, Strawberry Cheesecake, Passion Fruit, Grape Ice and Lemonade. People come for the flavors, but every can is 30mg, so make sure that's what you want.
Which one to order
- You want the classic heavy menthol Pablo: the standard line, 24mg.
- You want Pablo, but more manageable: Gold, 17mg.
- Your tolerance is already maxed out and you want flavor with it: Exclusive, 30mg.
- You're not sure: Gold, when it's back in stock. Today that means Ice Cold at 24, or VELO Freezing Peppermint at 17, the same strength as Gold. Or, honestly, something milder still.
A word on 30mg
I repeat this until people are sick of hearing it. 30mg is roughly thirty percent stronger than full-strength snus and double what most daily ZYN users are on. Experienced users pace themselves with Exclusive: one in the morning, not five over a day. If your last pouch was a 6mg Cool Mint, don't let Cherry Cola talk you into skipping four strength levels, however good it tastes.
Our Pablo page has every Pablo can we carry, at $9.99 each, and Exclusive has a page of its own because it has twenty flavors. Our strongest pouches page compares strengths across every brand we stock.
