What to Include for Faster Help
- Order questions: Your order number (begins with #) and a short description of the issue.
- Damaged or wrong items: Order number plus clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Product questions: The exact product name and what you're trying to figure out (flavor, strength, format, in-stock status).
- Wholesale or bulk inquiries: Quantities you're interested in, your business name, and a shipping ZIP code for a quote.
What We Can't Help With
- Shipping to states where nicotine products are restricted — those addresses are blocked at checkout and we cannot override.
- Returning unopened cans for refund — federal regulations prohibit resale of returned nicotine products. See Shipping & Returns.
- Selling to anyone under 21 — federal law requires age verification at purchase and an adult signature at delivery.

Compliance & Reporting
If you believe a product you received is counterfeit, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe, please email us immediately with the product name, batch code from the bottom of the can, and photos. We take quality complaints seriously and will investigate every report.
