Shipping

SNUS2GO ships to all 50 U.S. states from our domestic warehouse. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground) — 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day) — 2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air) — 1 business day

Transit times begin the day after the order ships, not the day the order is placed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or operational issues are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. We periodically offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying orders — promotional thresholds will display at checkout when active.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of carrier handoff.

Adult Signature Required

Federal law (PACT Act) requires that all nicotine product shipments be delivered with an adult signature (age 21+) at the point of delivery. See our Adult Signature page for details.

Restricted States

Due to state-level restrictions on the shipment of nicotine products, we are currently unable to ship to certain jurisdictions. Restricted states are blocked at checkout. If your state is restricted, your order cannot be processed regardless of method of payment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, SNUS2GO is not responsible for theft from the delivery location. If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact the carrier to open an investigation. If a package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at snus2gonow@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package and product, and we will work with you on a resolution.

Returns

Because of the consumable nature of nicotine pouch products and federal restrictions on the resale of returned nicotine products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened cans for any reason other than the conditions listed below.

When We Will Replace or Refund

  • Wrong item shipped — we shipped you a product that does not match what you ordered.
  • Defective product — manufacturer defect verified by photo evidence (e.g. broken seal on arrival, contaminated pouches).
  • Damaged in transit — package and product arrived visibly damaged.
  • Order never delivered — tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms the package is lost.

How to File a Claim

Email snus2gonow@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost packages) with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging for damaged or wrong-item claims

We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution: replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery, fails the adult signature requirement, or is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee once we receive the package back.
