Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states, residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, including the use of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
SNUS2GO does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of cookies, pixels, and similar tools for advertising and analytics may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under these laws.
Submit your opt-out request
To opt out, choose any of the options below:
1. Browser signal (automatic). We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you enable GPC in your browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser and device.
2. Email. Send a request from the email address on your account to info@snus2go.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email and (optionally) the name on the account so we can verify the request.
3. Authorized agent. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of the agent's authorization and may also verify your identity directly.
What happens after you opt out
After we process your request, we will stop sharing your personal information for advertising and similar purposes. You may continue to see ads for our products, but they will not be based on personal information shared by us. Opt-out requests are processed within 15 business days.
You may need to renew your opt-out if you clear your browser cookies, use a different browser or device, or create a new account.

You also have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access and obtain a copy of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Categories of personal information
In the past 12 months, we may have shared the following categories for advertising or analytics: identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP address), internet or other electronic activity (such as browsing and purchase behavior), and inferences drawn from the above. We share these with advertising and analytics partners.
