About the Products
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches are small, pre-portioned pouches that sit between your gum and upper lip. They contain pharmaceutical-grade nicotine, plant-based fibers, flavorings, pH stabilizers and sweeteners. There's no tobacco leaf in them, you don't need to spit, and they produce no smoke or vapor.
Are nicotine pouches the same as snus?
No. Traditional Swedish snus contains tobacco. The pouches we sell are tobacco-free (sometimes called "all-white" or "modern oral" nicotine). They look similar, but the active ingredient is purified nicotine instead of tobacco.
What brands do you carry?
We carry ZYN, VELO, White Fox, and Pablo. We add new flavors and strengths regularly, so check the full catalog to see what's available now.
How long does a pouch last?
Most people keep a pouch in for 20-60 minutes. Stronger pouches and slim formats tend to release flavor for longer. Once the flavor and the nicotine feeling fade, throw the used pouch away.
How should I store nicotine pouches?
The fridge is the best place for sealed cans. Room temperature is fine for short periods, but keep them away from heat, sunlight and humidity. Unopened cans usually stay fresh for 12-14 months from the date of manufacture.
Are lab results available?

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out. You'll need to confirm you're 21 or older.
What payment methods do you accept?
You'll see the payment options at checkout. Nicotine products are regulated, so the methods we accept can change, and checkout always shows the current options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders move to fulfillment quickly, so email info@snus2go.com as soon as you can with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make the change. Once it has shipped, it can't be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders go out by ground shipping, and standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. See Shipping & Returns for the full details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $19.99 per order. Orders of $349 or more ship free.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most U.S. states. A small number of states restrict the sale or shipment of nicotine products, and if we can't ship to your address, we'll cancel the order and refund it in full.
Do you ship internationally?
No. SNUS2GO currently ships within the United States only.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Carrier tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating after the handoff. If there's no movement after 3 business days, contact us with your order number.
Returns & Issues
Can I return a product I don't like?
Unopened cans can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first, then send the cans back sealed at your own shipping cost, and we'll refund their price once they arrive. Opened cans can't be returned. If an order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it in full (see Shipping & Returns).
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email info@snus2go.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
I received the wrong product. How do you fix it?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Age Verification & Compliance
Why do I have to verify my age?
Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for nicotine products, so you confirm you're 21 or older before you shop.
What if my age can't be verified?
We'll email you to ask for more information. If we can't confirm you're 21+, we'll cancel the order and refund it.
Are nicotine pouches safe?
Nicotine is an addictive substance. Nicotine pouches are intended only for adults 21+ who already use nicotine. They are not a smoking cessation product and are not approved by the FDA for that purpose. They should not be used by pregnant or nursing women, people with cardiovascular conditions, or anyone sensitive to nicotine. The published research linked on our Lab Results page has more detail.
