What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches are small, pre-portioned pouches that sit between your gum and upper lip. They contain pharmaceutical-grade nicotine, plant-based fibers, flavorings, pH stabilizers, and sweeteners. They contain no tobacco leaf, do not require spitting, and produce no smoke or vapor.
Are nicotine pouches the same as snus?
No. Traditional Swedish snus contains tobacco. The pouches we sell are tobacco-free (sometimes called "all-white" or "modern oral" nicotine). They look similar but the active ingredient is purified nicotine rather than tobacco.
What brands do you carry?
We carry ZYN, VELO, White Fox, Pablo (Exclusive and Gold), and Iceberg. New flavors and strengths are added regularly — browse the full catalog for current availability.
How long does a pouch last?
Most users keep a pouch in for 20–60 minutes. Stronger pouches and slim formats tend to release flavor longer. Once flavor and nicotine sensation fade, discard the used pouch.
How should I store nicotine pouches?
Keep cans sealed and refrigerated for maximum freshness. Room-temperature storage is fine for short periods; avoid heat, sunlight, and humidity. Unopened cans typically remain fresh for 12–14 months from the date of manufacture.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out. You'll need to confirm you are 21 or older and complete age verification before payment is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are displayed at checkout. Because of the regulatory category, accepted methods may change — always refer to the live checkout for current options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders move to fulfillment quickly. Email snus2gonow@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to make the change. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all nicotine shipments. See our Adult Signature page.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most U.S. states. A small number of states restrict the sale or shipment of nicotine products. Restricted addresses are blocked at checkout — if your state is restricted, you will not be able to complete the order.
Do you ship internationally?
No. SNUS2GO currently ships within the United States only.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Carrier tracking sometimes takes 24–48 hours to begin updating after handoff. If there is no movement after 3 business days, contact us with your order number.
Returns & Issues
Can I return a product I don't like?
No. Due to the consumable nature of nicotine products and federal restrictions on resale, all sales are final. We will replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — see Shipping & Returns.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email snus2gonow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
I received the wrong product. How do you fix it?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Age Verification & Compliance
Why do I have to verify my age?
Federal law requires that nicotine products only be sold to adults 21 and older. We verify age at checkout through a third-party service and again at delivery via adult signature.
What if my age can't be verified?
We will contact you by email to request additional information. If we cannot confirm you are 21+, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Are nicotine pouches safe?
Nicotine is an addictive substance. Nicotine pouches are intended only for adults 21+ who already use nicotine. They are not a smoking cessation product, are not approved by the FDA for that purpose (with the exception of products that have received specific FDA marketing authorization), and should not be used by pregnant or nursing women, people with cardiovascular conditions, or anyone with sensitivity to nicotine.
