Is This Shop Legit? How to Vet a US Nicotine Pouch Store Before You Order

"Is this legit?" is the subject line we see most in our inbox, and it's a fair question to ask any site that wants your card number for a nicotine product. This is the checklist I'd use on any US pouch shop, including this one: six things a real store does and one thing it never does. Each one takes under a minute to check.
1. It checks age, and says where
Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for nicotine products, and a real shop tells you where it checks your age. Ours asks your age before you can shop, and if an order looks like it's for someone under 21, we cancel it and refund it. A site that never mentions age at all is either breaking the law or not planning to ship. Our post on buying pouches online explains how it all works.
2. It publishes lab reports, or links to them
You should be able to see what an accredited lab measured in the cans a shop sells: nicotine content compared with the label, pH, moisture and contaminants. Not every batch has a public report, but a shop with no reports at all has decided you don't need to know. Our lab results are here, along with how to request a report by batch code for anything that isn't linked.
3. Its returns policy says what it can't take back
Nicotine pouches are consumable and age-restricted, so you can't return an opened can, and an honest policy says so. It should spell out what can and can't be returned, with clear terms for wrong items, damaged shipments, defects and lost packages. A policy promising no-questions-asked returns on opened cans won't be honored. Our policy takes unopened cans back within 14 days and gives a seven-day window to file a claim for everything else.
4. There's a person to email
There should be an email address, a contact page, and a reply within a business day or so. If you're unsure, test it before you order by asking which strengths of something are in stock. A shop that can't answer that won't answer when a package goes missing. You can reach us through our contact page.
5. It tells you what happens if it can't ship to you
Some states restrict shipping nicotine products, and the rules change. A real shop says so in writing and doesn't ship anyway. Ours spells it out: if we can't ship to an address, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
6. The stock is real
If something is sold out, the site should say so. A shop that shows every can in stock all the time will end up emailing you three days later about a backorder. Our product pages show availability live, and our own blog posts go out of date when it changes (our guide to buying ZYN online lists which cans were between shipments the day it went up). We'd rather look a bit inconsistent than lie about stock.
The one thing a real shop never does
A real shop never sells to anyone under 21, and it doesn't look the other way when an order is clearly for someone under 21.
What even a real shop can't promise
No real shop can promise international shipping (we only ship within the US), exact delivery dates around the holidays, or that a can you bought somewhere else is genuine. For that last one, our guide to spotting fake pouches has a checklist you can run yourself. A store that promises any of those is overselling.
Quick answers
Is it legal to buy nicotine pouches online in the US?
Yes, for adults 21 and over. Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for nicotine products, so buy from a retailer that clearly asks your age before you order.
How do I know a nicotine pouch website is legit?
It asks your age and says where it checks it, publishes or links to lab reports, has an honest returns policy that says what it can't take back, has a contact you can actually reach, says what happens if it can't ship to you, and shows real stock.
Is SNUS2GO legit?
Run the checklist on us: there's an age gate on the site, a lab results page, a published returns policy, a contact page, a shipping page that says what happens if we can't ship to an address, and live stock on every product page.
WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
