21+ Adult Signature Required at Delivery

SNUS2GO sells age-restricted nicotine products. By federal law and our own shipping policy, every order requires an adult signature from a person 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery.

Why This Is Required

The federal Preventing All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, as amended in 2021 to include electronic nicotine delivery systems and oral nicotine products, requires that all shipments of nicotine products be delivered using a carrier method that obtains an adult signature from a person 21 or older at the delivery address. SNUS2GO complies with the PACT Act on every order, with no exceptions.

What to Expect at Delivery

  • The carrier (USPS, UPS, or other) will not leave the package unattended.
  • An adult 21 or older must be physically present at the delivery address to accept the package and sign for it.
  • The carrier will request and verify a government-issued photo ID showing the recipient is at least 21.
  • The name on the ID does not need to match the name on the order, but the recipient must be 21+.

If No One Is Available

If the carrier attempts delivery and no qualifying adult is present:

  • The carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery on the next business day, usually up to three times.
  • You may be able to schedule a redelivery, redirect the package to a carrier facility for pickup, or hold it at an access point. Options depend on the carrier.
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to SNUS2GO. Refused or undeliverable orders are subject to the terms in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery

  • Ship to a home or office where an adult is regularly available during carrier delivery hours.
  • Have ID ready when you expect the package. The carrier will not leave it without verification.
  • Avoid PO Boxes for residential delivery — most carriers do not deliver signature-required nicotine shipments to PO Boxes.
  • Track your shipment using the link in your confirmation email so you know when to expect arrival.

Age Verification at Purchase

In addition to delivery-side verification, every SNUS2GO order is age-verified at checkout. We use a third-party identity verification service to confirm that the purchaser is 21 or older before the order is processed. If an order cannot be verified, we will reach out by email and may cancel and refund the order if age cannot be confirmed.

We Do Not Sell to Minors

SNUS2GO does not knowingly sell nicotine products to anyone under the age of 21. Attempting to purchase nicotine products as a minor, or for a minor, is illegal under federal law and may be a crime in your state. Accounts found to be in violation will be closed and orders refunded or refused.
